Untitled

Untitled is a continuation from my previous project ‘Photos That I Wanted To Send To You’, where I explored my own connection with social media whilst I was going through a breakup. Throughout this project I would have epiphanies about my own and others habits with social media, so when ‘Photos That I Wanted To Send To You’ came to its natural close this became the logical project to further explore.

Untitled investigates our relationships with phones. How phones have the power to make us feel more connected virtually whilst we are sat next to a loved one, friends or family. But, also photographing the devices themselves showing the damage, personalization and use that phones get. This project is designed to be thought provoking and awkward, my aim is to make the viewer truly question their own use with social media and their phones.
